SIKA paddle-type flow switches are reliable fluid monitoring switches that operate according to actual fluid flow. They combine a simple design that utilizes magnet repulsion with a bellow-less and spring-less structure to create a long-lasting product without metal fatigue and with high operation stability. They are used in equipment such as heat pumps, HVAC, cooling water systems, disaster prevention equipment and pools. We also offer other flow rate control devices such as heat-ray-type switches suitable for lower flow rates, level switches that use the same principle as paddle-type flow switches, and regulators for keeping flow rate constant.

Materials range from brass, stainless steel or plastic, and can fit pipes with a diameter of between 8A and 50A.
In addition to the standard type, we also offer low flow rate and high flow rate types according to customer requests.
Connection types include with terminal box, with cable, with LED, and explosion-proof types.

With models that have a detachable paddle, the same product can be used with various pipes and operating points, which makes managing stock much easier.

These flow monitors have excellent durability due to a lack of moving parts. They can be used with a variety of pipe diameters and can measure even the smallest of flow rates. The operating point can also be set.

Flow regulators

Flow regulators

Flow regulators are used to keep the flow rate of fluids constant. They are not affected by pressure fluctuations upstream or downstream of the flow regulator and can therefore keep the flow rate constant.
Their design is compact and installation is simple. Also, there is no need for an external power supply.

Flowmeters

SIKA has researched and developed flowmeters over many years.
We offer a variety of types of flowmeters, such as Karman vortex, magnetic, turbine,
positive displacement, and oval gear.

These flowmeters do not have moving parts and measure by picking up Karman vortexes generated in the fluid stream. The design minimizes pressure loss and is robust against external interference. Further, they have a sensor with an anti-dirt coating as well as an internal temperature sensor. The line-up of 15A, 20A and 25A models, and OEM models are proven and popular.

Our magnetic flowmeters have no moving parts and therefore do not require maintenance.
They have no pressure loss and a long lifespan. The line-up ranges from 3A to 200A models, and you can choose from materials such as PEEK plastic and stainless steel. With no effect from temperature change, density or viscosity, they are suitable for very small flow rates or measuring medicinal solutions.

The Turbotron Series is a highly accurate turbine flowmeter suitable for measuring fluid flow rates. Each product has a long operating life due to the use of strengthened sapphire bearings.

VZ Series positive displacement flowmeters are suitable for measuring high viscosity fluids. These extremely accurate flowmeters can measure fluids at up to 0.008L/min. They can be used to measure a constant flow rate as well as for compounding uses. You can choose a material from cast iron, stainless steel, or aluminum.

These are positive displacement flowmeters that use oval gears. They combine low pressure loss, long operating life, high accuracy/reproducibility, and simple installation. Gears are available in stainless steel or PEEK plastic.

VS Series flowmeters are flow monitoring meters that utilize the standard float principle. They can monitor both fluids and gases. You can also attach a limit switch as an option.

Module sensors

Module sensors

These are industrial sensor systems for monitoring temperature, pressure, humidity, flow rate and fill level. The main body is made of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic with stainless steel connections, and they can be used in many fields, including food. Wireless output via HART signals is also possible.
